A Back Pain Solution on “Steroids” Helps You Stand Tall Without Breaking the Bank?

I am taking the time to write this to enlighten folks who have never experienced serious back or neck problems. There is no way I can make this a real short story, but I think you might be interested in something you believe could never happen to you.

I never in my wildest dreams did I ever expect it to happen to me. I always lived a fairly active lifestyle in suburbia, kept myself in shape, and never worried about my posture.

However, about a year ago, I began working from home for long hours at my desk. I thought it was harmless at first. But after several months, I started noticing nagging pain in my upper back and stiffness in my neck. I shrugged it off as stress—until the morning I woke up practically unable to turn my head. That’s when the real trouble began.

The first mistake I made was to sign up for a high-end posture and spine alignment program at a local clinic. They touted themselves as “posture correction specialists,” not miracle workers—but at the time, I didn’t care. I was desperate. I ended up spending nearly $4,000 on sessions, braces, and all sorts of recommended gadgets… and I still had the same agonizing pain.

Naturally, I called and complained, but it felt like whatever I said fell on deaf ears. Next, I went to every big box store in my area, buying lumbar cushions and assorted braces that promised quick fixes. By now, I was getting educated that there is more to improving posture than just slapping on random gear.

It is extremely important that you do light stretching daily, set up an ergonomic workspace, and take frequent posture breaks. But I did not begin to see any real positive results until I went online and discovered Back Posture Pro.

I made my first order of this lightweight, figure-8 style brace (the fact that it was easy to put on and discreet appealed to me immediately). I wore it around the house in short intervals and, slowly but surely, I started seeing real changes. Just think—letting your shoulders slump for hours can turn into a habit that’s tough to break, so I can’t emphasize enough that you have to be diligent. I live in South Florida where you’d think we’d be laid-back and outside all day, but the reality is most of us are glued to our desks, hunched over computers.

Poor posture can strike anyone, regardless of how “healthy” they think they are. You could be in a top-notch office environment or even on vacation—slouching is a sneaky habit that can creep in anywhere. Nobody is immune from the possibility of developing posture-related pain.

Personally, it was overwhelming for me until I found Back Posture Pro. Gradually, with the posture brace and the daily reminders it provided, I started to see positive results. It actually took me about a month to finally work a full day without throbbing aches in my upper back.

No human can sustain chronic neck and back pain forever—it messes with your concentration and your life. And when you’re the one experiencing it, you must act fast. If it were not for Back Posture Pro, I just don’t know what I would have done other than trying to invest in even pricier ergonomic furniture or more therapy sessions, which just weren’t realistic long-term solutions for me.

So, if you sit at a desk all day, drive long hours, or ever notice your shoulders slumping forward, get the product and don’t look back. Wear it whenever you catch yourself hunched over. I know you probably think I’m a posture paranoia freak—well, truth be told, after what I experienced, I am, and you would be as well. Do yourself a favor, even if you think it cannot happen to you, have a brace at the ready, you won’t regret it.

Time is of the essence when it comes to correcting bad posture. I cannot thank them enough for providing an inexpensive way to deal with this problem. I am not being compensated for this (too-long) letter, but I just would hate to see anyone have to go through what I did. At any rate, I hope I was able to shed some light on a growing problem that none of us are exempt from.

Everyone should have at least one Back Posture Pro brace, which hopefully you will never have to rely on too heavily. But it’s there for you if and when that pain creeps up.

Do yourself a simple favor and pick up the phone or go to their website to contact Back Posture Pro. They’re extremely accommodating because they know exactly what you’re going through. I just cannot say enough about a product that returned my life to normalcy, and I’m very thankful for that.

I wish you all the best of luck in life: be prosperous, and most importantly, be happy. Thank you for taking the time to read about my unfortunate encounter with chronic back pain.

Did y’all say it would help with neck strain? What is the main material in this brace?

    • Hello Timmy,

BackPosturePro uses a good quality neoprene blend (you can check their website for the full breakdown). It pulls your shoulders back to help align your spine and reduces strain on your neck.

How do I know if my back pain is due to poor posture?

    • Isabelle,

If you notice you slouch often, feel tension in your shoulders, or get frequent headaches, there’s a good chance your posture is the problem. Typically, people who hunch forward find stiffness in their neck and upper back. You could also notice discomfort after standing up from your desk/bed/chair. Try practicing posture exercises, its a good starting point.

      Good luck!

      Mike

    This brace works like magic!!!

I only have mild pain here and there. I’ve done a few stretches and it’s mostly gone. Should I still try this one?

    • Hey, I think its also great to have it “just in case.” I found that sometimes, if the pain appears randomly, I’d just wear it for a short while and then it’d go away.

Can the brace be worn under clothing? Also, can I wear it while driving long distances?

I’m freaking out! I only started feeling pain at night, and it’s really affecting my sleep. Hopefully goes away…

Very helpful, thank you! We’ve dealt with posture issues for almost a year, tried everything. Not fun when you’re pregnant and want to sleep well. Thankfully, the brace is comfortable enough for me.
